She was born on December 1, 1982 in the Kyzyl-Orda region of Repulic of Kazakhstan. In 2000 she graduated from school with excellent grades and entered the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University at the Faculty of Geography in the specialty "Geography". In 2005-2007 she studied at the master's program in the specialty "Geography".She graduated with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree with honors. In 2018, she entered the doctoral program in the specialty "Geodesy".
